A Different Way of Listening
My work was not learned from a single lineage, certification, or textbook. It was shaped through years of lived experience, thousands of hours of hands-on practice, and walking beside people through the quiet, messy, beautiful process of real transformation.

I don’t believe the body is broken.

I believe it is infinitely intelligent, adaptive, and often carrying more than it was ever meant to hold alone.

My role is not to fix, push, or override your system. It is to listen deeply, attune fully, and create the quiet, safe conditions where your body can reorganize itself slowly, honestly, and on its own terms.
Who I Am
I am a somatic practitioner, intuitive guide, and the creator of Integrated Somatic Recalibration™ (ISR).

For years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and small groups from around the world. Many of my clients are deeply self-aware, sensitive, intuitive people who have already done the work of looking inward, they’ve tried therapy, coaching, spiritual practice, and still feel like there’s something unspoken waiting to be met.

What they often tell me after our time together is that they feel:

-
Deeply seen, without judgment
-
Grounded in their body, not just their mind
-
Lighter, as if something unspoken has finally been acknowledged
-
Clearer about what they need to feel at home in themselves

This doesn’t happen because I “do” something to them. It happens because I know how to listen—really listen—to what their body has been trying to say all along.

How My Work Was Formed
ISR was not designed in theory. It emerged through practice.

Over thousands of hours of sitting with bodies, nervous systems, and the quiet weight of unprocessed experience, I began to recognize consistent truths that transcended any single technique:

When the nervous system feels safe, the body already knows what to do.
When presence is prioritized over performance, deeper layers can surface without force.
When nothing is rushed, meaningful change becomes inevitable.

Integrated Somatic Recalibration™ is simply the articulation of that understanding— a framework built not on fixing, but on listening.

My Philosophy
I hold these truths as non-negotiable in every part of my work:

-
Healing is not linear. There is no “right” way to show up, no timeline to follow, no milestone to hit.
-
Regulation matters more than intensity. A small, safe shift that lands deeply will always outlast a dramatic, fleeting breakthrough.
-
Integration matters more than insight. Knowing something is not the same as embodying it. We will always prioritize grounding change into your daily life.
-
Safety is the foundation of everything. Without it, nothing else matters.

I do not rush processes or manufacture breakthroughs. I trust timing. I trust readiness. I trust the quiet intelligence of your body.

I also believe that healing work should feel human. It does not need to be complicated, hierarchical, or performative. Life has already been hard enough. This work is here to meet you gently, not add more weight.
Why Costa Rica
Living and working in Costa Rica has not just been a choice of location, but it has been a choice of practice.

The slow tropical rhythm, the quiet presence of the rainforest and ocean, and the deep connection to the natural elements here mirror the pace of ISR itself. This land invites us to slow down, breathe deeper, and remember that we are part of something larger than our own stories.

Many of my clients travel here intentionally to step out of the noise of their everyday lives and into a space that supports regulation, presence, and reconnection. And for those who cannot travel, my hybrid offerings bring this same grounded, attuned work to you, wherever you are in the world.
How I Work With People
I work with a very limited number of people at a time. This is n a care choice.

This is not transactional work. It is not a menu of techniques to pick and choose from. It is a relational, shared process where we meet exactly where you are, right now.

Whether through private journeys, supportive somatic sessions, or future practitioner trainings, everything I offer is guided by these four principles:

-
Attunement over agenda
-
Consent over direction
-
Nervous system safety over anything else
-
Integration over time

An Invitation
If you are drawn to this work, I trust there is a reason.

You don’t need to know exactly why yet. You don’t need to have all the answers, or even know what questions to ask. You only need to be willing to listen, to yourself, to your body, to the quiet part of you that knows it’s time to be met.

From there, we begin with a conversation—not a commitment.

As I often say: I don’t work on people. I co-create with them.
