Cancellation Policy
I'm thrilled you're interested in experiencing the transformative and healing power of nature and YOU! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review my booking and cancellation policy. Booking and Cancellation Policy Reservations Required: All individual offering sessions and personal retreats require booking in advance to ensure availability. You can conveniently book online through my website or by contacting me directly. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your session, including date, time, and location. Cancellation: I totally get it, unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure fairness for both clients and me as The Sacred Technician, I kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice for any requests pertaining cancellation or reschedule for individual sessions and seven days notice for private retreats requests. Cancellation Notice: Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your retreat or session. You can do so by replying to your confirmation email or contacting me directly by phone. Late Arrivals: I value the time of my clients as well as my own. Please arrive for your session 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time to maximize the benefit of your experience. Late Arrivals: In the case of a late arrival, the duration of your session may be adjusted to accommodate the remaining time. The full session fee will still apply. No Show Policy: I appreciate your respect for our time. If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notification, the full session fee will be charged.
