Earthen

Rooted in the natural elements of Costa Rica, Earthen is a full-body ritual of exfoliation, warmth, and grounding. Sea salt and volcanic black sand renew the skin, warm bamboo works along the back, and a blend of chocolate and mineral-rich mud is painted across the body before you are gently wrapped and allowed to rest. This immersive experience supports circulation, softens tension, and leaves the body feeling nourished, settled, and reconnected to the earth.

Guided by consent, choice, and careful attention to the nervous system, each session is shaped around your individual experience. Nothing is forced or rushed. The intention is to create a safe and responsive space where the body can settle, reconnect, and receive care in the way that feels most supportive.
