Train With Me
Learn the Work. Deepen the Way You Practice
Training with Sacred Tea is about more than learning a sequence of techniques. It is an opportunity to develop the presence, sensitivity, discernment, and practical skill that allow bodywork to become responsive rather than routine.
Upcoming trainings will include:
Thai Massage Levels 1, 2, and 3
Heated Stone and Bamboo Therapy
Restorative massage
Each training is created to help you understand not only what to do with your hands, but how to listen, adapt, and work with the body in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and alive.
Training Opportunities
Trainings will offer different entry points into hands-on bodywork, from foundational techniques to more advanced practitioner development.
Upcoming areas of study will include:
Thai Bodywork Immersion Levels 1, 2, and 3
Progressive, hands-on training in rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, body mechanics, sequencing, and responsive touch.
Heated Stone Training
Learn how to safely and intentionally incorporate heated stones into a full-body session to support muscular release, warmth, and relaxation.
Bamboo Movement Therapy
Explore practical ways to use warm bamboo tools with controlled pressure, fluid movement, and sensitivity to the body.
Restorative Massage
Develop a slow, flowing approach to massage that supports deep rest, muscular ease, and nervous-system settling.
Specific prerequisites, schedules, and learning objectives will be shared as each training becomes available.
Who These Trainings Are For
These trainings are for people who want to deepen the way they understand, touch, and respond to the body.
You may feel aligned with this work if you:
• Are a massage therapist, bodyworker, wellness practitioner, movement professional, or healing-arts practitioner seeking to expand your skills
• Are new to hands-on bodywork and feel genuinely committed to learning with patience, responsibility, and respect
• Want to move beyond memorizing techniques and develop greater sensitivity, confidence, and presence
• Value consent, thoughtful communication, and the individual needs of each person
• Are willing to practice, receive feedback, and remain curious throughout the learning process
• Feel drawn to bodywork that is intuitive and responsive while remaining grounded in practical skill
Previous experience may be required for certain advanced trainings, but not every offering will have the same prerequisites.

A Word on Timing
Trainings are being introduced thoughtfully, with dates and enrollment details announced as each offering is finalized.
Because these are hands-on learning experiences, group sizes will remain intentionally small. This allows time for personal guidance, supervised practice, questions, and meaningful integration.
Joining the waitlist does not commit you to a training. It allows you to select the areas that interest you and receive early notice when dates, locations, prerequisites, and registration details become available.
