A 6-Week Private Hybrid Immersion

What is the ISR Method?
Integrated Somatic Recalibration™ (ISR)
ISR is a proprietary somatic and energetic framework rooted in one core belief: your body holds the wisdom to heal itself. Unlike rigid, top-down approaches, ISR meets your system exactly where it is, guiding gentle, safe release without forcing reactivation of past stress or trauma. The focus is on restoring coherence between your nervous system, emotions, and physical body.

This work is not designed for crisis stabilization, or for those seeking immediate, surface-level relief. If you are in active trauma response or require urgent clinical support, this is not the right container for you right now.
The Three Phases of Your Journey
Each phase builds on the last to ensure change is safe, sustainable, and deeply rooted in your body.
Phase 1: Preparation (Online | Weeks 1–2)
Before we meet in person, we’ll lay the groundwork for open, trusting work. This phase is not about "fixing" anything—it’s about helping your nervous system relax enough to receive. We’ll:

Practice simple, daily practices to cultivate internal safety, so you show up to our in-person work ready to let go.
Phase 2: In-Person Somatic Recalibration (Costa Rica | Week 3)
This is the heart of the journey. Set against Costa Rica’s peaceful, restorative backdrop, we’ll engage in one-on-one somatic and energetic work guided by ISR principles. There is no script, no forced release, no pushing beyond what feels safe. Instead, we’ll follow your body’s lead to gently release stored density, restore nervous system balance, and help you reconnect with your innate sense of alignment.
Phase 3: Integration (Online | Weeks 4–6)
The most overlooked step in healing is integration. Without it, even profound in-person shifts can fade once you return to daily life. During this phase, we’ll:

Process insights from our in-person work and ground them into small, tangible daily practices that fit your unique routine.

Troubleshoot any moments of reactivation or misalignment as they arise, so you can maintain your nervous system regulation long-term.

Why This Framework Works
This 6-week journey isn’t an arbitrary timeline—it’s the result of years of refining what actually creates lasting, embodied change. I designed it this way to balance deep transformation with respect for your time, and to ensure the shifts you make don’t unravel once you return to daily life.

Here’s the intentional logic behind every phase:

Preparation (Weeks 1–2) isn’t busywork. It’s how we lay a foundation of safety before we even meet in person. By orienting your nervous system, clarifying your true intentions, and mapping your emotional and energetic landscape, we eliminate the need to spend our in-person time "catching up" to help your system relax. This means our sessions together can go deeper, faster, with less effort.

In-Person Immersion (3–5 days in Costa Rica) is where the core of the ISR work unfolds. Because you’re already prepared, we can move at a slow, attuned pace—no forcing release, no overextending, just steady, focused presence. We’ll prioritize 2–4 embodied ISR sessions (with optional breathwork or gentle integration practices) that land far more deeply than they would without that pre-work.

Integration (Weeks 5–6) is the step most practitioners skip—and it’s the reason so many "profound" healing experiences fade. This phase is how we protect the shifts you’ve made: we’ll ground your insights, stabilize your nervous system, and help you put clear language to what changed, so you can carry this recalibration into your daily life long after our journey ends.

Guided Integration (Online)
In the weeks following our in-person time, we’ll check in to help you ground the shifts you’ve experienced into your daily life. I’ll offer simple, actionable practices tailored to your routine (no overwhelming homework) to help you maintain your sense of balance long after the journey ends.

I don’t come to this work with an agenda or a "solution" for you. My role is to hold a steady, regulated space where you can reconnect with your own innate wisdom.

What to Expect Afterward
Every person’s reset unfolds differently, and there is no "right" way to experience it. Many clients report an immediate sense of lightness, emotional spaciousness, or quiet grounding after our in-person session. For others, shifts may unfold more gently over the days or weeks that follow—this is all part of the natural integration process.

​I may offer simple, optional grounding suggestions if they feel supportive, but there is nothing you "need" to do to make this work effective. Your system will integrate the reset in its own time.
